This is not a beginner “tone and burn” program.

 

There are no random circuits, no gimmicky conditioning blocks and no chasing fatigue without purpose.

 

Instead, Women’s Foundational applies intelligent volume, repeatable movement patterns and controlled progression to establish a reliable training base that females can build on long term.

 

The program recognises that many women tolerate higher volumes and more frequent training – but only when structure, recovery and intent are managed properly.

 

Women’s Foundational is ideal for:

The program is built on the Pro-Grade Progression System, a 12-week framework divided into three intentional phases:

 

Phase 1 – Capacity & Control

 

  • You’ll develop clean movement, positional awareness and tolerance across key patterns.
  • This phase focuses on building confidence and consistency so training feels repeatable rather than overwhelming.

 

Phase 2 – Strength & Volume Progression

 

  • Once technique and tolerance are established, training volume and loading increase in a structured way.
  • You’ll improve strength and muscular endurance without sacrificing movement quality or recovery.

 

Phase 3 – Performance & Training Confidence

 

  • The final phase reinforces resilience, work capacity and the ability to train across multiple sessions per week.
  • This ensures you’re prepared for more advanced programs without feeling fragile or inconsistent.

 

Across the full 12 weeks, progression is planned and guided so you’re never guessing when to push, when to hold, or when to consolidate.

 

All training is delivered through the app, with clear session structure, progression logic and intent built into every phase.
