At present, we sell digital training programs delivered through our training application, Lumin. These programs provide immediate access to digital content upon purchase.
Due to the nature of digital products, all purchases are subject to the terms outlined in this policy.
2. Trial Period and Program Changes
We understand that choosing the right program can sometimes require practical experience.
For this reason, we offer a 7 day trial period from the date of purchase. Within this 7 day period, you may request to change to a different program at no additional charge if you feel the program you selected is not the right fit.
Program change requests must be made within the 7 day period and before significant completion of the original program.
3. Digital Store Products - Refunds
All digital purchases are non-refundable once access has been provided.
This is because digital products are delivered immediately and cannot be returned, revoked, or resold.
By purchasing a digital program, you acknowledge that you receive instant access to content and waive any right to a refund outside of your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

Refunds, cancellations, and changes for services such as athlete training, Member Momentum, mentorships, CPDs, consulting, or other professional services are governed by the specific terms provided at the time of engagement.
