Why Most Rehab & Performance Programs Fail...
Traditional rehab isn’t designed for athletes and gym-goers. It treats symptoms, not systems.
Most approaches fail because they rely on:
- Symptom-based rehab that doesn’t scale with training loads
- Programs that stall when life, stress or fatigue increase
- No model that links pain drivers to load progression
- Passive treatment that builds dependence
- No clear, measurable progression framework
You don’t need more rest...
You don't have "poor Discipline"...
You Aren't "Injury-Prone"...
You need a system that teaches you how to progress with confidence.
Introducing The Pain Codex Model
The Pain Codex Model turns chaotic, confusing injuries into predictable progression.
It links cognitive, behavioural and load-based factors into one clear sequence so you can train with consistency and confidence.
Here's how it Differs:
- Works with your training schedule, not against it
- Targets the root driver of your pain - not just symptoms
- Builds capability in real-world movements
- Gives you clear progression criteria
- Teaches you skills you will use for life
This isn’t traditional rehab.
This is performance rehab built for people who need to keep moving.
From Amateur, To International
We’ve worked with athletes from all of these teams

The Pain Codex Model underpins everything we do.

It’s the operating system we use to…
1. Identification & education model
Create Understanding
You gain a clear understanding of what’s driving your pain or limitations, why previous approaches haven’t held, and what actually needs to change. No jargon, no guesswork.
3. progression & ascension model
Develop Capacity
You progressively increase load tolerance so your body can handle training, running, lifting, and sport without repeatedly breaking down. Capacity is built deliberately, not rushed.
2. RESILIENCE ELITE TRAINING SYSTEM
Rebuild Control
You restore reliable control over the movements and patterns that have been provoking symptoms. This is where confidence returns, flare-ups reduce, and training stops feeling unpredictable.
4. INTEGRATION SYSTEM
Sustain Progress
You move beyond short-term fixes by integrating systems that support consistency over months and years. Progress holds even as demands increase, schedules change, or training intensifies.
We Can't Help Everyone...
This program is for people who want structure, clarity and a model that adapts to their training load. It is ideal for:
- Recurring injuries that flare when you increase load
- Pain that returns every time you push intensity
- Longstanding issues you’ve been told to “just manage”
- Athletes & gym-goers who want to build independence, not dependence
- Injuries labelled as “career-ending” or “complex”

Everything lives in one place.
No PDFs to juggle. No spreadsheets to manage. No trying to remember what you did last week.
Your entire program lives inside one app – sessions, progressions, cues and tracking – so you can stop organising your training and just execute it.
12 Weeks. 3 Phases. 1 Clear Path Forward.
No guesswork. No random changes.
Just a clear path forward.
You’re not just doing workouts – you’re moving through a structured progression designed to build capacity, confidence and momentum over time.

The Thinking Is Done For You.
All progressions are already mapped out, so you can focus on showing up and doing the work.
You’ll know how hard to train, when to push, when to hold back and how to keep progressing without burning yourself into the ground.

Common questions
Clear answers so you can move forward with confidence and start training properly.
Who are these programs designed for?
These programs are built for people who want structured progress, not random workouts. Whether you’re rebuilding after pain, training around limitations or simply want a smarter way to train long-term, this is for you.
Is this just another generic training plan?
No. These programs are built from the same clinical and performance systems used in 1-to-1 rehab and performance coaching environments. The difference is the thinking is already done for you.
Do I need to be pain-free or “fit enough” to start?
No. Each program is designed to meet you where you’re at and progress you forward safely. Modifications, regressions and progressions are built in so you’re never forced to push through pain or guess your way forward.
What if I choose the wrong program?
You’re covered. You have time to switch programs after purchase if you realise another option is a better fit. The structure stays the same, only the goal changes.
What support is included if I get stuck?
The programs are built to be self-run, but you’re not on your own. Between the decision rules, warm-up systems and built-in structure, most questions answer themselves. Optional upgrade support is available if you want personalised input.
Is this a one-time purchase or a subscription?
It’s a one-time purchase. No subscriptions, no ongoing commitments. You get the full 12-week program and bonuses delivered in full.
What happens after the 12 weeks?
You’ll finish with higher capacity, better control and a clear understanding of how to progress next. Many people roll straight into another program with a new goal using the same system.
Can I redo the program after the 12 weeks finishes?
Yes. If you want to repeat the program, just reach out and we’ll restart it for you while keeping your full training history and data intact. That way you can run the same structure again with better context, higher capacity and smarter adjustments the second time through.
Will this help prevent injuries and setbacks?
The goal is not just short-term results, but long-term consistency. By managing load, readiness, and progression properly, flare-ups and breakdowns become far less likely.
Can I train alongside sport or other activities?
Most programs are designed for standard gym access. Where specific equipment is required, alternatives and substitutions are provided so you’re never stuck or forced to skip sessions.
How do I know how hard to train each session?
Each session includes clear loading guidance and RPE boundaries so you always know how hard to push. On top of that, the Progression & Modification Playbook shows you exactly how to adjust sessions when fatigue, pain, missed days or life disruptions get in the way, so progress keeps moving even when conditions aren’t perfect.
What if I wake up with DOMS, feeling stiff or not feeling ready to train?
That’s where the Pain Codex Warm-Up & Recovery Toolkit comes in. You’ll have targeted warm-ups and recovery sessions designed to improve readiness, reduce flare-ups and help you train consistently without guessing what your body needs that day.
What equipment do I need?
Most programs are designed for standard gym access. Where specific equipment is required, alternatives and substitutions are provided so you’re never stuck or forced to skip sessions.
How long are the sessions?
Most sessions run between 45–75 minutes depending on the program and phase. Everything is laid out clearly so you know exactly what’s required before you start.
How many days per week will I train?
This depends on the program you choose, typically between 3-6 days per week. Each option is designed to balance progress, recovery and real-world schedules.
