Full Body 3 is a structured, full-body strength training program designed for people who want reliable progression, better movement quality, and sustainable results – without sacrificing recovery or lifestyle balance.
This is not a high-frequency, high-fatigue training plan.
Full Body 3 sits in the middle ground – more stimulus than a minimal program, but without the volume or intensity that leads to burnout, plateaus, or inconsistent training.
It’s built for people who want to train seriously, but sustainably.
Full Body 3 is ideal for:
- Intermediate lifters who want structure without overreach
- People balancing training with work, family, and recovery
- Those stepping up from 2 days per week but not ready for high frequency
- Anyone seeking durable strength, muscle, and movement quality
The program is built on the Pro-Grade Progression System, a 12-week framework divided into three intentional phases:
Phase 1 – Capacity & Control
- Establish clean movement patterns, positional strength, and volume tolerance.
- Warm-ups, prep work, and controlled loading reinforce technique and joint integrity.
- This phase builds the foundation required for sustainable progression.
Phase 2 – Strength & Load Progression
- Progressive overload becomes the focus through compound lifts and smart accessory work.
- Multi-planar movements, rotational elements, and unilateral work are layered in.
- Strength and hypertrophy increase while recovery remains protected.
Phase 3 – Performance & Resilience
- Strength is reinforced under slightly higher intent and density.
- Movement quality and consistency are maintained as load increases.
- The goal is strength that holds up long-term, not short-lived peaks.
Across the full 12 weeks, training is delivered through three full-body sessions per week. Each session is deliberately structured around compound lifts, supportive accessories, and movement prep to ensure progress without unnecessary fatigue.
Warm-ups and CNS preparation are built in, with consistent exposure to patterns that support posture, coordination, and joint health.
All sessions are delivered through the app, with clear structure, progression guidance, and intent behind every phase – so you can train confidently without second-guessing.
