Pre-Season Field Sport is a structured training program designed to rebuild capacity, restore technical efficiency, and progressively prepare athletes for the demands of the competitive season.
This is not a conditioning grind or early-season max-out phase.
Pre-season exists to bridge the gap between rebuilding and competition, ensuring your body is prepared to handle load, speed, contact, and repeated efforts without breaking down once the season begins.
Rather than rushing intensity, this program prioritises movement quality, joint and tendon resilience, and controlled exposure to load so performance can be expressed later without setbacks.
Pre-Season Field Sport is ideal for:
- Athletes transitioning from off-season into organised training

The program is built on the Pro-Grade Progression System, a 12-week framework divided into three intentional phases:
Phase 1 – Capacity & Control
- Focus on restoring movement quality, positional strength, and joint tolerance.
- Loading remains submaximal to allow technique refinement and tissue reconditioning.
- This phase rebuilds confidence and prepares the system for higher demands.
Phase 2 – Strength & Load Progression
- Training volume and intensity gradually increase in a controlled manner.
- Strength and work capacity are developed alongside early neural preparation.
- Plyometric exposure progresses to prepare the body for faster, higher-force outputs.
Phase 3 – Performance & Readiness
- Strength is positioned for transfer into sport-specific demands.
- Intensity rises while volume is managed to maintain freshness and readiness.
- The system is primed for the transition into in-season training.
Across the full 12 weeks, load is progressed deliberately to reduce injury risk while improving strength, speed, and resilience.
Training frequency and intensity are structured to support team training schedules, field work, and recovery demands typical of the pre-season period.
All training is delivered through the app, with clear weekly structure, built-in progression, and intent behind every phase.
