SBD is a structured strength training program built to improve your Squat, Bench Press and Deadlift using intelligent progression, technical refinement and fatigue-aware loading.
This is not a random powerlifting template or a max-out-every-week program.
SBD is designed for lifters who want to get stronger in the big three without breaking down, stalling, or guessing their way through training.
Each lift is developed using the same professional framework, while allowing enough specificity to address individual weak points, leverages and tolerance.

The program is built on the Pro-Grade Progression System, a 12-week framework divided into three intentional phases:
Phase 1 – Position, Control & Load Tolerance
- This phase focuses on technical consistency, joint integrity and movement confidence.
- Each lift is trained with controlled tempos, pauses and supportive variations to reinforce strong positions and reduce unnecessary strain.
- Volume and intensity are set to build tolerance and consistency before heavier loading begins.
Phase 2 – Strength Development & Targeted Loading
- Once positions and tolerance are established, progressive loading becomes the priority.
- You’ll develop mid-range strength, lockout control and bar path efficiency using structured intensities and supportive volume.
- Autoregulation is built in so progress continues without forcing bad days.
Phase 3 – Performance & Peak Strength
- The final phase reinforces heavy lifting with high-quality execution.
- Top sets, back-offs and intelligent fatigue management allow you to express strength without overreaching.
- The goal is confident, repeatable performance rather than fragile one-off maxes.
Across the full 12 weeks, progression is planned, tracked and guided for you. Load ranges, intent and decision-making are built into the system so you’re never left wondering when to push or when to hold.
All training is delivered through the app, with full session layouts, progression guidance and clear intent behind every phase.
