  • You’ll progressively increase mechanical tension through the glutes using structured volume and intensity progressions, removing guesswork around when to push and when to hold.

 

Phase 3 – Performance & Resilience

 

  • The final phase reinforces strength under fatigue, maintains joint health and improves your ability to train hard consistently.
