Women’s Advanced is a progressive training program designed for women who already have a strong foundation of technique, strength and training consistency, and are ready to increase intensity, volume and overall challenge.

 

This is not a beginner program, and it is not a random step-up in difficulty.

 

Women’s Advanced builds on established movement competency and applies more demanding loading strategies, denser training weeks and greater exposure to fatigue – while still prioritising joint health, recovery and long-term progress.

 

The program reflects the reality that many women tolerate and adapt well to higher training volumes and frequencies when progression is structured correctly.

The program is built on the Pro-Grade Progression System, a 12-week framework divided into three structured phases:

 

Phase 1 – Capacity & Control

 

  • This phase reinforces high-quality movement under increased volume.
  • You’ll solidify technique, positional strength and tolerance across multiple sessions per week.

 

Phase 2 – Strength & Load Progression

 

  • Training intensity and density increase as strength becomes the priority.
  • Progression is guided and deliberate, allowing you to push load and volume without guessing.

 

Phase 3 – Performance & Resilience

 

  • The final phase challenges your ability to sustain output across demanding weeks.
  • Strength, fitness and resilience are consolidated so progress is durable, not short-lived.

 

Across the full 12 weeks, volume, intensity and fatigue are intentionally managed so you can train hard without accumulating unnecessary wear and tear.

 

All sessions are delivered through the app with clear structure, built-in progression and decision-making support, allowing you to train independently with confidence.
