Hayden is the founder, CEO and principal exercise physiologist at Resilience Rehabilitation & Performance (RRP), which he established in 2020 after gaining valuable experience working 1.5 years in private practice. With a specific interest and expertise in pain science, Hayden created the innovative Pain Codex model, a comprehensive framework built on four pillars designed to transform long-term aches and pains into performance and independence. This groundbreaking approach has helped numerous clients break free from dependency on passive treatments and take control of their rehabilitation journey.
Hayden's methodology has attracted high-level athletes, including four international NRL players and two world long drive professionals, who have benefited from his unique rehabilitation framework. His expertise lies in helping busy professionals, high achievers, and athletes overcome pain, injuries, and performance plateaus through evidence-based methodologies.
As an accomplished educator in his field, Hayden regularly conducts CPD and educational seminars for other exercise physiology businesses and functional fitness gyms. His passion for education drives RRP's mission to transform rehabilitation practices within fitness communities through standardised protocols that keep committed gym members training consistently.
Under Hayden's leadership, RRP has successfully established strategic partnerships with functional fitness facilities, including a proof-of-concept collaboration with USC, a HIIT-style strength & conditioning gym in Brisbane. He developed the "Member Momentum" system, a comprehensive in-house rehabilitation framework designed specifically for gym environments.
Hayden combines online telehealth services with gym partnerships in a hybrid approach that maximises accessibility for clients, fulfilling his mission of helping as many people as possible through innovative pain management and rehabilitation strategies.

Mitch brings a unique dual qualification as both an Exercise Physiologist and Physiotherapist to his role as co-owner and Head of Performance at Resilience Rehabilitation & Performance. After completing his Bachelor of Clinical Exercise Physiology (First Class Honours) in 2022 and Master of Physiotherapy Studies in 2024 from the University of Queensland, Mitch joined RRP following two mentorships with Hayden in 2022 and 2023.
With several years of experience working with elite athletes, recreational sportspeople, and fitness enthusiasts, Mitch specialises in bridging the gap between rehabilitation and performance. His particular interests lie in hip, knee and ankle injuries, lower limb tendinopathies, and sports-related injuries across endurance, field and court sports.
Currently serving as head physiotherapist for Wilston Grange QAFL senior side, Mitch applies his dual expertise to create comprehensive treatment plans that combine evidence-based physiotherapy with targeted exercise prescription. His approach focuses on building client confidence while working towards fearless, pain-free movement.
Beyond his clinical work, Mitch brings scientific rigour and practical application to the Pain Codex model, and has earned recognition as the 'meme master' of the Pain Codex Instagram page for his ability to make complex concepts accessible and engaging.
Outside the clinic, Mitch enjoys exploring Brisbane's food scene, travelling, and spending time at the beach.
