Hayden Egerton is the founder, CEO and principal exercise physiologist at Resilience Rehabilitation & Performance (RRP), which he established in 2020 after gaining valuable experience working 1.5 years in private practice. With a specific interest and expertise in pain science, Hayden created the innovative Pain Codex model, a comprehensive framework built on four pillars designed to transform long-term aches and pains into performance and independence. This groundbreaking approach has helped numerous clients break free from dependency on passive treatments and take control of their rehabilitation journey.
Hayden's methodology has attracted high-level athletes, including four international NRL players and two world long drive professionals, who have benefited from his unique rehabilitation framework. His expertise lies in helping busy professionals, high achievers, and athletes overcome pain, injuries, and performance plateaus through evidence-based methodologies.
As an accomplished educator in his field, Hayden regularly conducts CPD and educational seminars for other exercise physiology businesses and functional fitness gyms. His passion for education drives RRP's mission to transform rehabilitation practices within fitness communities through standardised protocols that keep committed gym members training consistently.
Under Hayden's leadership, RRP has successfully established strategic partnerships with functional fitness facilities, including a proof-of-concept collaboration with USC, a HIIT-style strength & conditioning gym in Brisbane. He developed the "Member Momentum" system, a comprehensive in-house rehabilitation framework designed specifically for gym environments.
Hayden combines online telehealth services with gym partnerships in a hybrid approach that maximises accessibility for clients, fulfilling his mission of helping as many people as possible through innovative pain management and rehabilitation strategies.
